Leave it to Jimmy Kimmel to totally upstage the Bachelor 2017 last night.
The late night host did an entire episode themed around Nick Viall’s journey following the Season 21 premiere on January 2, and not only did he bring out the Bachelor himself, he also had two of his exes join him on the couch!
As you might expect, Nick’s reunion with his two former Bachelorette love interests, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Andi Dorfman, was a bit awkward at times — though the three of them did a great job of putting on a good face.
Humor was the key with these three, with the 36-year-old kicking things off by thanking both women for “not picking” him in their Season 9 and Season 10 finales.
To that, both women laughed, returning the sentiments with, “You’re welcome, thank you.”
Though the host tried to give her the money, she opted to go double or nothing they’d walk down the aisle within the next year.
Jimmy took the bet (and yay for a ShawnKait wedding on the way!) and then it was time to move back to the uncomfortable love triangle in the hot seat.
After the host asked when the last time the three of them were all in one place together, Andi admitted, “This is so awkward,” though Nick says he “[felt] great” about it.
It sounds like at least one of them did. Though Kait revealed she was “boring” and doing sober January at the time, causing her to leave the wedding early, her predecessor seems to have witnessed some things.
“I sucked because I was the single girl, and they were up on all the bridesmaids — and, apparently, maid of honor,” she zinged at her ex. “It was an interesting morning after.”
Whoa! To be a fly on that wall, right? Though don’t mistake this comment as hard feelings towards her former beau.
Though Nick and Andi don’t talk “a ton,” they seem to be on somewhat good terms.
“We’ve run into each other,” the four-time reality star explained. “We’re friends… Like, we’re friendly.”
Kait seems a bit more distanced from her ex — likely due to fiancé Shawn Booth being in the picture.
That being said, most of her anger seemed directed at previous guest Joel McHale, who’d thrown some digs at the Bachelor franchise during his interview.
Check out the entire interaction between the exes below!
That’s not all though — the three also stuck around for Kimmel’s predictions for this season’s final four, while offering some insight of their own.
Nick’s former lady friends seemed to agree with Jimmy that 24-year-old Miami native Corinne Olympios, aka the girl with the nanny, would make it far, with Andi calling the “sexy and sassy” gal his type.
They also were on the Rachel Lindsay train, thanks to her background as a strong-minded lawyer (just like Andi).
As for the winner, that was a little more vague…
