Nick Cannon may be staying mum on ex-wife Mariah Carey’s New Year’s Eve fiasco, but the same can’t be said for the Elusive Chanteuse other ex-husband.

Music mogul Tommy Mottola has completed blasted Mimi’s reality show, creative team, and just about every other recent life choice.

“I would never have encouraged her or guided her to do something like a reality television show!!!!!” Mariah’s musical mentor, 67, tells Page Six in a shady letter.

“I don’t get it!”

Tommy — who was married to the diva from 1993 until 1998 — continued on with some back-handed compliments.

“[Mariah’s World] does absolutely nothing for her integrity, her credibility, or her massive talent!” the former Sony head honcho adds.

“She should take a step back, think carefully and figure out what to do next.”

Mariah’s former flame already has an idea what her first order of business should be.

“My only advice is that she should hire more seasoned and respected professionals to surround her and help her with her career!” Tommy advises.

“Most certainly none of these issues or problems ever existed with her in her early days at Sony for the first 10 years when she skyrocketed to global superstardom!”

At least Tommy still managed to kinda-sorta stick up for his second wife, 46.

“It could have happened to anyone and it has,” the industry insider sys of Mariah’s failed New Year’s Eve performance.

“So everyone should just get off her back and leave her the hell alone and hopefully she will find her way to the right professionals for guidance.”

Although Tommy is being pretty darn hard on Mariah, New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2017 host Ryan Seacrest is trying to go easy on her.

“You’ve seen artists before in a concert pull out their earpiece because something happens,” the Dick Clark Productions star, 42, said on his radio show today, January 5.

“Something could have happened in the ears. I wasn’t in those ears. It’s just unfortunate that it comes to all of this.”

Still, Ryan had to stand by his employer.

“I knew Dick Clark very, very well. This is a team that wants to do everything they can to accommodate any artist,” he added, low-key refuting #TeamMariah’s claims she was sabotaged.
